Shipping & Returns

RETURNS:

  • We do NOT offer refunds. No exceptions.
  • Reece Boutique gladly accepts returns within 14 days of your order date for unwashed, unworn, unaltered products with Reece Boutique tag attached for store credit in the form of a gift card, which you can use to purchase a different size or a different style.
  • We do not hold sizes for exchanges.
  • Credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card for the price the item(s) was purchased at.
  • Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please return shoes in another shipping box or shipping bag to avoid damage.
  • If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return.
  • *Returning sale items: All sale items, including items purchased using a sale code, are FINAL sale. We will not be issuing a store credit if you purchase one of these items.
  • SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, BODYSUITS AND BRALETTES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE. WE ENFORCE THIS POLICY STRICTLY AND STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN. 

Defective/Damaged Merchandise:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have a damaged/defective item you must contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS of receiving your shipment. Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to shopreeecebtq@gmail.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.

All U.S. orders over $75 will receive FREE SHIPPING. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order is shipped.
